This policy explains exactly what happens to your information when you visit jwolfedesignden.com. It describes what this site actually does, not what a template assumes it does.

The commission enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the medium you are interested in, an optional budget range, and your message.
None of that is stored on this website. It is sent directly to the studio inbox by email and is not saved into the site database, a spreadsheet, or any third-party form service. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and the email will be deleted.
To stop the form being abused, the site keeps a short technical log. It records the time, your IP address, and the reason a submission was refused (for example the honeypot was filled, or too many attempts were made). It does not record your name, email address or message. The log holds the most recent 200 entries and older ones are discarded automatically. The same entries are also written to the server error log.
The form also briefly stores counters used for rate limiting, and a 120-second fingerprint used to detect an identical repeated submission. The fingerprint is a one-way hash, not readable content.
If you sign in to administer the site, actions such as logins, failed logins and plugin or theme changes are recorded with an IP address, capped at the most recent 250 entries. This applies to administrators, not to visitors.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. The only cookie stored on a normal visit is the one that remembers your cookie choice, so you are not asked again on every page. Full detail is in the Cookie Notice.
Some files are delivered from other providers. Requesting a file necessarily reveals your IP address to the provider, even though no cookie is set:

Your enquiry email is delivered to a Google-hosted inbox, so Google processes it as the studio mail provider. The shop itself is hosted by Etsy under Etsy own privacy policy; this site only links to it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use, or to receive a copy. Because this site stores so little, most requests are answered simply by deleting the relevant email. Email rosagena@gmail.com and the request will be handled.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using cookie settings.
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.
If this site starts using analytics or any other tracking, this page and the Cookie Notice will be updated before it is switched on, and the consent banner will ask first.
