These terms cover your use of jwolfedesignden.com, the studio site of JWolfe Design. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
You are welcome to browse, read and share links to anything here. You may not attempt to break into the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, submit automated or deceptive enquiries through the contact form, or use the site to distribute anything unlawful.
All artwork, photography, illustration and written content on this site is the property of the artist and is protected by copyright. It is shown so you can see the work — not so it can be reused.
Without written permission you may not reproduce, sell, print, redistribute, or use any image from this site for commercial purposes, nor use it to train a machine learning model. Sharing a link, or using a single image with clear credit for non-commercial editorial or educational purposes, is fine.
Purchasing a piece buys the physical artwork or the licensed print. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which stay with the artist.
The contact form is for enquiries. Sending one does not create a contract, reserve a slot, or oblige the studio to take the work on. Any commission is agreed separately in writing, covering scope, price, timescale and delivery before work begins.
Colours shown on a screen are an approximation. Monitors vary, and handmade work varies. Any piece delivered will be a close but not identical match to an image on this site.
Purchases are not completed on this site. The shop links to Etsy, and anything bought there is governed by Etsy terms and the studio shop policies, including payment, delivery, returns and refunds. This site takes no payment and stores no payment details of any kind.
Where this site links elsewhere — Etsy, or sites mentioned in journal posts — those are outside the studio control. Linking does not imply endorsement, and the studio is not responsible for their content or practices.
The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, but no guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every detail is current. Content may change or be removed without notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, JWolfe Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
